Service Desk Technician:
As a Service Desk Technician at an Insurance Company from Puerto Rico, our primary responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals, in collaboration with team members to manage user accounts and permissions, monitoring system performance, assisting with the implementation of new software updates, while maintaining documentation of IT systems tickets and procedures, and responding to IT- related inquiries with timely resolutions.
